bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

fat-free milk

eggs, slightly beaten

Glaze:

honey

cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" square dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. To prepare glaze, combine honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix well. Drizzle over warm cake.
