canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained

low sodium chicken broth
In a 3 1/2 slow cooker combine turkey, cottage cheese, chicken soup, cooked noodles, Monterey Jack cheese, peppers, celery, onions, parmesan cheese, and chicken broth. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for six hours.
