ground chicken breast, skinless

onions, chopped

tomato sauce

stewed tomatoes, undrained and cut into pieces

chili powder

salt

black pepper

frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

alphabet pasta, uncooked
In a large stock pot, combine chicken and onions. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink. Add water, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until chili comes to a boil. Add mixed vegetables and pasta. Reduce heat to medium low. Continue cooking, stirring often, for 20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked.
