Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8" x 4" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine quick bread mix, cranberries, apples, apple cider, olive oil, and egg. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with almonds. Bake for one hour and 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
