lowfat granola, broken into pieces

light brown sugar, packed
Preheat oven to 350. prepare a 9" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, margarine, applesauce, and egg. Mix well. Add lemon peel, baking soda, allspice, and salt. Stir in granola. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
