Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni

Adapted from Pep It Up With Hormel Italian Meats

  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 16 ozs rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 2 ozs turkey pepperoni slices
  • 26 ozs low-fat spaghetti sauce
  • 4 ozs mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ozs parmesan cheese
Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni
Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet, cook onions until tender. Add cooked rigatoni, pizza seasoning, basil, and salt. Mix well. Layer ingredients in 13" x 9" pan starting with cooked rigatoni. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
