bananas, mashed, 2 bananas
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 18 standard muffin pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flours, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add egg, molasses, milk, bananas, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Spoon batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
