extra lean beef stew meat, cooked and cut into cubes

onions, chopped

barley

beef broth

water

pizza seasoning

salt

black pepper

frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
In a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker combine cubed meat, onions, barley, beef broth, water, pizza seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for five hours. Add mixed vegetables. Increase setting to high and cook again for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked.
