whole wheat bread slices

cheddar and monterey jack cheese, shredded

fat-free milk

eggs, slightly beaten

frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

black pepper
Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Place bread pieces onto bottom of pan. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, broccoli, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Pour over bread and cheese in pan. Cover and chill for six hours. Bake, uncovered at 350 for one hour or untll top is browned.
