frozen broccoli flowerets, cooked and drained

fish fillets

cream of broccoli soup

fat-free milk

cheddar cheese, shredded

bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a 11"x7" dish with cooking spray. Place cooked broccoli into prepared dish. Top with fish fillets. In a liquid measure combine soup and milk. Mix well. Pour evenly over fish in dish. Sprinkle top evenly with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.
