powdered sugar, sifted
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8"x8" square dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine evaporated milk, margarine, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir in flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until all is moistened. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. When brownies have cooked, sprinkle evenly with powdered sugar.
