Baker's white chocolate baking squares

butter ring cookies

Melt both chocolates in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Set saucepan in a hot water bath to maintain consistency. Dip top of each cookie into melted chocolate. Place cookies dipped-side-up on prepared baking sheet. Decorate as desired. Chill cookies until chocolate is set.
