Sriracha sauce
Preheat oven to 300. Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine crackers, pretzel sticks, cereal, and nuts; set aside. In a liquid measure, combine egg whites, cajun seasoning, salt, cayenne pepper, and Sriracha sauce. Mix well. Pour over mixture in bowl. Mix until all is coated. Spread mixture onto pan. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
