canned pumpkin

egg whites, slightly beaten

molasses
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 9"x5" loaf pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in pumpkin, egg whites, and molasses. Mix until moistened. Pour batter evenly between loaf pans. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
