Preheat oven to 350. Place graham cracker crust onto a baking sheet. Spread half the apple pie filling onto bottom; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until all is combined. Spread evenly over filling in crust. Bake for 30 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool. Chill two hours. Then, spread remaining pie filling over top. Drizzle caramel topping evenly over top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Chill again until ready to serve.
