Carousel Salad

Adapted from Salad Book

  • 7 ozs spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsps bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp dill pickle liquid
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, carrots, celery, mayonnaise, bacon, pickle relish, pickle juice, salt, and pizza seasoning. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
