stuffing mix for chicken

chicken breast halves skinless, cut into pieces

frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed and drained

low sodium cream of chicken soup

Velveeta Light Loaf, cubed
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, omitting the margarine; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, broccoli, chicken soup, and cheese cubes. Mix well. Place mixture into prepared pan. Top evenly with stuffing mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
