chicken breast halves skinless, cut -- into small pieces

frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed

low-fat cream of mushroom soup

fat-free milk

cheddar cheese, shredded

savory herbs stuffing mix

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a bowl, combine raw chicken pieces and broccoli. Spread into prepared pan. In a smaller bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, and cheese. Mix until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture in pan. In the same bowl, combine stuffing mix and water. Mix until moistened. Spread evenly over top mixture in pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
