turkey ham, cooked and shredded

frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed and drained

cheddar cheese, shredded

low-fat baking mix

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine ham, broccoli, and cheese. Mix well. Place into prepared pan; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine baking mix, milk, and eggs. Mix until all is moistened. Pour over ham mixture in pan. Bake for one hour, or until top is browned.
