Prepare pie crusts according to package directions. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray. Line one pie crust into prepared pan; set aside. Preheat oven to 425. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add pizza sauce and spinach. Mix well; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and pizza seasoning. Mix well. Spread cottage cheese mixture evenly into crust. Top with chicken mixture. Place remaining crust over filling. Seal and flute edges as desired. Cut slits into top of crust.Bake for 25 minutes, or until crust is browned.
