In a large saucepan, cook carrots and celery over medium heat until soft. Stir in chicken broth, diced chicken, peas, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add alphabet pasta. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook ten minutes, or until pasta is done.
