low-fat cream of mushroom soup

fat-free cream cheese, cut into cubes

egg noodles, cooked and drained

frozen corn, thawed

black pepper
In a large glass bowl, cook chicken, celery, onions, and bell peppers on high for six minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushroom soup, cream cheese, cooked noodles, corn, and black pepper. Mix well. Microwave on high for five minutes, or until cream cheese has melted and mixture is heated through.
