low-fat cream of chicken soup

canned green chilies

lime juice

light sour cream

hot cooked rice
In a medium sized plastic bag, add chicken breasts and cajun seasoning.Shake until chicken is well coated. In a skillet cook chicken breasts until no longer pink. Stir in soup, water, chilies, lime juice, and sour cream.Mix well. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Serve over cooked rice.
