ground chicken breast, skinless

onions, chopped

chicken broth

stewed tomatoes, undrained

carrots, sliced

barley

pizza seasoning

1 tsp
oregano

1/2 tsp
garlic powder

1/2 tsp
black pepper

fresh spinach, washed
In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, and carrots. Bring to a boil. Add barley, pizza seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until barley and vegetables are tender. Stir in spinach until it starts to wilt.
