cheddar cheese, shredded

In a large skillet, cook onions and chicken until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in tomato soup, salsa, and cheese. Simmer for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted and mixture is heated through. Spread half cup mixture onto bottom half of each bun.
