Crust:

low-fat baking mix

canned green chiles, drained

low-sodium taco seasoning mix

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare a 9" pie plate with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare crust, combine baking mix and water in a mixing bowl. Mix until soft dough forms. Press up sides and onto the bottom to form a crust; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and chiles until the chicken is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix and salsa. Mix well and cook until heated through. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is browned.
