low-fat spaghetti sauce, divided

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. Spread one cup sauce onto bottom of pan. In a large skillet, cook chicken and broccoli until chicken is no longer pink. In a food processor, add chicken and broccoli. Process until smaller pieces form. Add to a large mixing bowl, stir in cottage cheese, one cup mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Stuff each shell with one tablespoon of filling. Place seam-side down into prepared pan. Spoon remaining pasta sauce evenly over top and remaining cheese. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake again for ten more minutes.
