onions, chopped

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

tomato paste

15 ozs
canned dark red kidney beans, undrained

2 cup
water

2 tsps
chili powder

3/4 tsp
salt

4 ozs
angel hair spaghetti, broken in 2

1/2 cup
cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large saucepan, cook onions until tender. Stir in turkey, tomato paste, beans, water, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add spaghetti. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes, or until spaghetti is done. Stir in cheese.
