yellow cake mix

light sour cream

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare topping, combine brown sugar, chocolate chips, walnuts, flour, cinnamon, and margarine in a small bowl. Mix until crumbly; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, water, and eggs. Mix until moistened. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with topping mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
