margarine, melted

2/3 cup
cocoa powder, sifted

powdered sugar

1/3 cup
fat-free milk

1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
In a bowl, combine melted margarine, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mixing to spreading consistency. Add additional milk, if desired for a thinner frosting. Spread frosting on top of your favorite cake.
