margarine

cocoa powder, sifted

fat-free milk

2 1/2 cups
powdered sugar

1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
In a large saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa powder, and milk. Bring mixture to a boil, sitrring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Pour frosting evenly over warm brownies. Cool completely in pan.
