semisweet chocolate chips
In a liquid glass measure, combine 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave until melted and smooth. Pour mixture evenly onto bottom of crust; chill until chocolate is set. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, whipped topping, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth. Spoon over crust. Freeze for several hours before serving.
