In a saucepan over low heat, melt baking squares and coating chocolate. Mix until smooth. Set saucepan in hot water to maintain consistency. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place each pretzel ring onto parchment paper. Place a small amount of melted chocolate into each pretzel ring. Place a candy onto center of chocolate Chill for one hour or until chocolate is set.
