In a large glass bowl, combine mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. Microwave on high for two minutes. Add crumbled chicken to bowl. Microwave again, covered on high for five minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink; stirring after three minutes. Mix well. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, pizza seasoning, and salt. Cover again and microwave on high for ten minutes, or until mixture begins to bubble. Remove from microwave. Serve over cooked pasta. This recipe was made in a 1100-watt microwave.
