Italian white bread, cut into 1" slices

fat-free evaporated milk

pure vanilla extract
In a small bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Dip each bread slice in egg mixture. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook bread slices evenly until golden brown on both sides.
