margarine, softened

granulated sugar

pure vanilla extract

unbleached flour

quick cooking oats

Cinnamon Cheerios cereal
In a mixing bowl, combine margarine and sugar. Add oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well and set aside. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add to margarine mixture and mix until all is moistened. Gently, stir in cereal. Chill dough until easy to handle. Preheat oven to 375. Shape dough in one inch balls. Place balls 2" apart onto unprepared baking sheets. Bake for 11 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
