Cinnamon Peach Cobbler

Adapted from H.E.B. Food Store

  • 1 c low-fat baking mix
  • 14 1/2 ozs low fat sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 16 ozs frozen sliced peaches, thawed
  • 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
Cinnamon Peach Cobbler
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sweetened condensed milk, and cinnamon. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Arrange peach slices evenly on top. Sprinkle top with walnuts. Bake for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
