turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

egg noodles, cooked

fat-free cottage cheese

cheddar cheese, shredded

low-sodium cream of mushroom soup

parmesan cheese, shredded

celery, sliced

bell peppers, chopped

onions, chopped

canned no-salt-added mushrooms, drained and sliced

pimientos in jar, drained and sliced
Spray a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add turkey, noodles, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, soup, parmesan cheese, celery, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pimientos. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for three hours, or until cheeses have melted and mixture is smooth.
