Baker's white chocolate baking squares

vanilla flavored coating

1/4 tsp
peppermint extract

21 whole
chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped

1/4 cup
peppermint candies, crushed fine
In a double boiler, melt both types of chocolate until smooth. Add peppermint extract. Mix well. Fold in cookies and candies. Mix well again. Spoon mixture evenly onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is firm to the touch. Break into small pieces to serve. Note: The serving sizes will depend on how big you break into pieces.
