fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped

low-fat buttermilk

eggs, slightly beaten

pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 24 miniature muffins cups with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, cereal, cranberries, and raisins. Mix well and set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Add to dry ingredients and mix until all is moistened. Spoon an equal amount of batter into each muffin cup. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
