black pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a jelly-roll pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix well. Place mustard mixture into a loaf pan. Dip each drumstick into mixture. Place onto prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes more, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
