frozen broccoli flowerets

low-fat cream of mushroom soup

Minute Brand white rice, uncooked

cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook chicken breasts in a large skillet until no longer pink. Add broccoli, mushroom soup, and water. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir in rice, salt, and cheese. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook five minutes or until rice is cooked.
