fresh peaches, cut into 1/2" slices

granulated sugar

low-fat baking mix

Topping:

3 tbsps
light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup
margarine, softened

2/3 cup
low-fat baking mix

2 tbsps
fat-free milk
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 11"x7" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, 2 tablespoons baking mix, and cinnamon. Mix until all is coated. Place mixture into prepared pan: set aside. To prepare topping, combine brown sugar, margarine, remaining baking mix, and milk. Mix until all is moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls on top of peach mixture in pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until topped is browned.
