vegetable broth
In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in all vegetables, pizza seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Add vegetable broth; mix again. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked.
