Cook rice according to package directions. In a glass bowl, add cooked rice, lime juice, shredded chicken, and taco seasoning. Mix well. Microwave, uncovered on high for 45 seconds, or until heated through. Spread one tablespoon refried beans onto center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/4 cup chicken mixture, one tablespoon cheese, and one tablespoon salsa. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a rectangular glass dish and microwave on medium high for 50 seconds, or until hot.
