ground chicken breast

onions, chopped

garlic, minced

chili sauce

1/4 tsp
black pepper

12 whole
wheat hamburger buns
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and garlic until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili sauce and black pepper. Mix well and cook until hot. Place half cup of chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
