brown rice
In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until the chicken is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, water, vegetable soup mix, pizza seasoning, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add rice and cook through.
