chocolate chips with caramel, chopped

semisweet chocolate chips

low fat sweetened condensed milk

semisweet chocolate chips
Place foil onto bottom of an 8" square pan; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine ten ounces semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining chocolate chips with caramel mixture. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly into pan with foil. Chill three hours or until set.
