baking potatoes

peeled and cut into 1/4 slices

turkey hot dogs, cut into thin slices

celery, sliced

bell peppers, chopped

onions, chopped

light margarine, melted

unbleached flour

water, hot

white vinegar

granulated sugar

black pepper
In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, place potato slices and water. Cover and microwave on high for ten minutes, stirring after half the cooking time. Drain. Place hot dog slices in a 1-quart glass casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high for four minutes. Stir in potatoes. Place chopped vegetables in a 1-quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high for four minutes. In liquid 2-cup measure, combine melted margarine, flour, water, vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Microwave on high for three minutes, or until thickened, stirring once during cooking time. Add vegetables to potatoe mixture. Mix well. Then add margarine mixture. Cover and microwave on high for five minutes, or until heated through.
