Crust:

1 1/2 cups
All Bran Cereal, crushed fine

margarine, softened

Filling:

2 cups
fat-free milk

6 ozs
instant vanilla pudding mix

8 ozs
Cool Whip Free, thawed and divided

2 cups
orange sherbet, softened
In a mixing bowl, combine cereal and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 9"x13" pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Mix until blended. Add half the whipped topping. Mix well. Spread evenly over crust. Chill for 15 minutes. In a smaller bowl combine sherbet and remaining whipped topping. Spread evenly over pudding layer in pan. Cover and freeze for four hours or until set.
